Are You Acting Like A King?

Hello everyone!

Thank you for being faithful. Thank you for bringing us before our God in your prayers.

Let me start this with a question. Did you know that our LORD is a King? Did you know that he is called “King of kings”? (I Timothy 6:15 KJV) Think about that.

The question begs to be asked, though; If He is King of kings, are you acting like a king? He is your LORD, isn’t He?

What dominions are you bringing to Him? Are you using your talents wisely? Will you be congratulated on your skillful use of all you have been given, or will what happened to the unrighteous servant happen to you? Will Jesus be pleased with your gifts, or will you be ashamed? (Matthew 25:14-30 KJV)

In times of old, when a king surrendered to another greater king, the conquered king paid tribute (a tax) and they were servants to the triumphant king. We, as Christians, have been conquered by Christ.

We have surrendered to the conquering King. He has called us to be servants and stewards.

Consider this, our King is the lifter of our head (Psalm 3:3 KJV). When we are bowed before Him remember His promises. He is our shield, He is our glory, He hears our cries.

When we are bowed under the pressures of life. When all seems lost. When our body wears down and this life draws to an end, Jesus will lift up our head. He will call our name and say, “Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”

He is the lifter of our head. Thank Him today, right now for His gifts to you. Thank Him for your life, everything He has blessed you with and, above all, thank Him for His presence.

God Bless You!

Food For Thought

Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Proverbs 3:9-10

The Will of God Concerning You

God expects of us perfect obedience to his law. God has plainly stated that he expects us to be perfect. God’s people are to reflect to the world the bright rays of his glory. But in order for them to do this, they must stand where these rays can fall on them.

Believe In Jesus Name

Within the Christian faith itself, the controversy over His name is alarming. Numerous books and articles are written about the pagan roots of His name causing many to question His true Hebrew name. This controversy perhaps is one of the cause of much widespread strife in His body. In fact, whole denominations are formed upon that.

The Old vs. The New or Law vs. Grace
Indeed, Christ’s ministry on earth perfectly fulfill every part of the law which man was unable to do. ”For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh , but after the Spirit.” Romans 8:3-4. And at the completion of His ministry the law was abolished completely. Ephesians 2:4-15. When Jesus established the new covenant, He came to give life more abundantly. Education

True education is a grand science; for it is founded on the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom. It's that element of "Understanding" God's ways.

Listen, we need the truth. The truth -"is" "what is"- and our LORD claimed to be "THE Truth".

Any form of education that does not pursue the truth is not worth having.
