Our Website Is Up

Many of you have received our newsletter and know that we’ve been praying earnestly for a website. God has answered our request with a “YES!” and we are thankful for all the efforts made by TJ Thomas and “Site Design USA” for their dedicated persistence and help along the way.

The overall goal of the website has been, and will continue to be, to glorify God. It is a tool to achieve an end.

Site Design USA has worked with us to design the “look” of the site. Our children assisted with the color coordination.

In addition to the design, we had a number of requests (you might say “requirements”) that we wished to see in the site’s implementation. Among these were ease of use, an ability to grow with us without modification, and ability to control all aspects of the site from a central control panel. So far we are very happy!

This website will help us in a number of ways to glorify God and edify His saints. A few are worth mentioning.

Number one, we are attempting to be good stewards of the money He (God) provides and we have been feeding the United States Postal Service instead of the people we are trying to assist here in Missouri. By cutting our mailing costs we are increasing our ability to do more.

Secondly, we are able to communicate immediately with you. You are able to see all that we are attempting to do in God’s name… His Son’s name … and in His Holy Spirit’s name and POWER! Praise God! Amen.

Thanks for all your assistance and keep us before our Fathers throne by keeping us in your prayers. As Paul said, “(we) can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth (us).” (Phillipians 4:13 KJV)

The Gift Of God Is Free

Often times parents tell their children if they behave or do something they will reward them. Many liken this to salvation as if it’s something one must earn. Nevertheless, Paul says in Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”
