Salvation Of Man More Than Forgiven Sins

In most teaching and preaching today,” to be saved” simply means to have your past sins forgiven through the blood of Jesus and become a member of a church. And continue there after in the fight and struggle of remaining a Christian through our effort which takes a form of do and don’t while all along being destitute of real joy and true happiness. The salvation of man more than forgiven sins.

Although many evangelical churches do teach that you cannot loose your salvation once you’re saved, they deny the fact that to be saved encompasses much more than having our sins forgiven and the inheritance of mansions in heaven. John 14: 1-3

When salvation was first preached by Christ and the disciples, the bible records that physical and mental healing, deliverance from oppression of any sort, in other word, the individuals were made whole upon receiving salvation. We can cite many examples. The sick of the palsy Mark 4:1-11; Bartimeus the blind man in John 9: The woman with the spirit of infirmity for 18 years in Luke 13:11-16 and so on.

Therefore, it is no accident that the word translated “salvation or to be saved” means:” to be healed, to be restored, to be made whole, to be delivered.” This was common belief all through the apostolic era.

Thank God for the warning of the Apostle Paul in Acts 20: 29-30, which states: “For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves. Shall man arise, speaking perverse things to draw away disciples after them.”

The same apostle also warns us in 1 Cor. 11 that Satan has transformed himself into an angel of light and His ministers also. In 2 Timothy 3:1-7 He further warns us that in the last days that the church will have a form of Godliness but denying the power thereof.

If you are a spirit filled Christian and are not experiencing this manner of salvation, as Paul says, “turn away from such.” Besides forgiveness of sins past, present, and future you should experience wholeness of life free from diseases, sickness, and oppression.

Receive Christ’s salvation today and become a disciple.
