The Vineyard Video

Growing in Christ is a lifestyle. We must be in Him just as the branch of a tree must be attached to the trunk. We need to tap into His power for us to be effective for Him.

Surface Christianity is a necessary step to maturity in Christ, but many of us find ourselves stagnant at times. We aren't growing. We aren't letting God have His way in our life.

We have lost our first love. We have to move past surface Christianity to have power in the Spirit. We must let His word take root in our very being. Growing deep and strong.

Go Back In Time

Remember the first days after you confessed that Jesus was the only begotten of the Father and that He took your sins away? Recollect how light you were.

Think about how many people you told about how He was raised from the dead as a sign of the promise of your future with Him.

Jesus Saved You!

You told everybody. Some people thought your were crazy. Some considered what you had to say and you were able to be an "eyewitness" to your own experience.

Have you had a experience with Christ that you can tell someone about today? Has it been a while since anything supernatural has happened in your sphere of influence?

Where To Start?

Get back on track. This is a PERSONAL relationship with God the Father through Jesus His Son by the power of His indwelling Holy Spirit.

Get back into His word. Read something in His word everyday. Talk to Him about everything.

Then, tell someone about what He's done for you today.

Now we are getting deeper in the power in His Spirit.

Food For Thought

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

Proverbs 3:13-14

Effectual Faith

Christ followed up by saying in verse 7 “Shall not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them.” This verse however causes many to liken God unto this unjust judge. Somehow to get something from Him, one has to continuously beg Him until He releases it —just to get rid of him so to speak. Christ, by no means, intended for any to represent God this way.

Education

True education is a grand science; for it is founded on the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom. It's that element of "Understanding" God's ways.

Listen, we need the truth. The truth -"is" "what is"- and our LORD claimed to be "THE Truth".

Any form of education that does not pursue the truth is not worth having.
